I hope this is a simple answer to this question but I have been trying to fit a new cylinder head temperature sensor on my 1.6, 2000 focus. I'm saying its a 1.6 as that means the CHT is located between no 2 and 3 spark plugs. I now have the old one out but I can't find a socket that will go over the new sensor.

It says in the manual that the beel screw is at the top of the engine on the ego cooling hose. I have looked and looked and still cannot find it. During the following months it would overheat more and more until just before Christmas we found that the Thermostat was leaking. Changed this (3 times as the first 2 (euros specials) were faulty) and drained/refilled coolant. All seemed to be fine.for a couple of weeks. Overheating again. To diagnose the P0113 Ford code, it typically requires 1.0 hour of labor. The specific diagnosis time and labor rates at auto repair shops can differ based on factors such as the location, make and model of the vehicle, and even the engine type. It is common for most auto repair shops to charge between $75 and $150 per hour.Ford Model: Focus 1.6 tdci titanium Ford Year: 2010 Ford Model: Focus 1.6 tdci Ford Year: 2007 UK/Ireland Location: Other/NonUK Share; Posted September 16, 2014.
