I may be a bit late to this post but I have played forza horizon 4 on xbox gamepass and collected around 20 - 30 hours on it maybe. I can definitely recommend it if you are thinking about it. Even if its dead, you should deff buy it if it's on sale with the DLC, it's an incredible game and the lego DLC was so much fun!!! Also it will be de listed from the store eventually too, just as the other forza horizen games have had the same fate unfortunately, take forza motorsport for example, you gotta buy a disc if you wanna play it nowadays, same with the older horizen games smdh.
The answer is simple and so is the design process. The only problem is the number of hours it requires to create such liveries. It can last from 5 hours to 5 days. It all depends on the level of details you want to include. But generally, you should take inspiration from real-life artists and see how they draw.

Game crashes whilst entering any speed zone. Forza PC. After a few months I decide to install Horizon 4 again but then I realise that any time i enter a speed zone the game freezes and crashes, the same happens when exiting a drift zone, never had any problem like that in the past, any solutions I've found around the internet are from two years
There was a post couple of days ago and there was more concurrent (I hink that's English word) on FH4 than 5. Playing FH4. I got it at discount via Steam a while ago, before I played it with the game pass. Also played FH5 but I liked FH4 more so I quit the game pass.
