As it would turn out, Clementine's arm texture still has both the dog bite AND the brand. The problem is, due to her wearing a jacket and long sleeves, you never see either of them in game. I'm guessing they either planning on having her roll up her sleeves up at some point, or they made the texture before they settled on her current design.
